Purchases

To make purchases, you'll need to provide payment information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. Our services may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of purchases. By accessing our Site, you grant us the right to provide the information necessary to facilitate your transaction to these third parties, subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, an error in your order or other reasons.

Refund and Cancellation Policy; Force Majeure

We are committed to providing high-quality services, courses, and resources to you. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services or courses once purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or inability to attend, tickets or registrations may be transferable to another participant or course at our discretion, but no refunds will be issued. If an in-person event must be canceled or postponed due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies beyond our control, we will make every effort to reschedule the event. Your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, credit may be offered for future events or services, but no refunds will be provided. Contour Retreats shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance, including the cancellation, postponement, or modification of any retreat, event, or activity, caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics or public health emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions or travel restrictions, border closures, or supplier failures. In such events, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a credit toward future services, but refunds will be governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy above.

There are no long-term contracts with Contour Retreats. All services are either a one-time purchase (such as a retreat, course, or 1:1 session) or a recurring monthly purchase (such as a membership). If you enroll in a payment plan (for example, a multi-month plan rather than paying in full), those scheduled payments cannot be canceled and are automatically charged each month. If any payment stops or fails, access to the applicable course, retreat, or resource will be suspended until all payments are completed. You remain responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to use the services, and any overdue amounts may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, plus any costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

International Travel, Bookings, and Third-Party Suppliers

Our retreats and experiences take place in Europe and other destinations around the world and may include travel, accommodation, dining, wine tastings, Pilates and wellness sessions, excursions, and other activities. Many of these components are provided by independent third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, villas, transportation providers, tour operators, instructors, and venues. Contour Retreats acts only as an intermediary and coordinator in arranging these services and does not own or control these suppliers. We are not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, delay, damage, or breach by any third-party supplier. All such services are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable supplier.

Traveler Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport, have obtained any required visas and travel authorizations, and have any vaccinations or health documentation required for entry into and travel within your destination countries. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, customs, and entry and exit requirements of each country you visit. Contour Retreats is not responsible for any denial of entry, deportation, or other consequence resulting from your failure to meet these requirements, and no refund will be provided in such circumstances. Prices are quoted in United States dollars unless otherwise specified, and you are responsible for any currency conversion, foreign transaction fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties that may apply.

Assumption of Risk and Travel Insurance

International travel and participation in physical activities such as Pilates, hiking, excursions, and other retreat activities involve inherent risks, including illness, injury, and property loss. By booking and participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks and confirm that you are physically fit to participate. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and waive any claims against Contour Retreats, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners for any injury, illness, death, or property loss arising from your participation in any retreat or activity, including claims based on negligence. We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation and interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and loss of or damage to personal property, as such coverage is not included in the price of our retreats unless expressly stated.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Contour Retreats and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party. Contour Retreats and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the services, third-party content, or unauthorized access to your account, regardless of the legal basis for the claim.

Disclaimer

You use the Site and services at your own risk. We provide them on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Contour Retreats, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that (i) any errors or defects will be corrected; (ii) the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components; or (iii) the results of using the services will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services and supersede any prior agreements between us regarding the services.

Changes and Updates to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before they take effect, except where changes are required by law or are necessary to address security or fraud concerns, in which case such changes may take effect immediately. By continuing to access or use the services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the services.
