SEPTEMBER 2027 | TUSCANY
Wine breathes. Pilates begins with breath.
A week to do the same.September in Tuscany
Seven nights at Terzo di Danciano, a restored villa in the hills outside Cortona, shared with a small group of people who will feel like old friends by the end of it. Mornings start with Pilates. Afternoons are spent in the hill towns and vineyards nearby. Evenings are long dinners with good food, great wine, and conversation that keeps going after the plates are cleared.
A typical day
MorningFifty minutes of Pilates on the mat, then breakfast. The group is small, Jenna teaches, and Susan is in the room helping with cues, so you get real attention in every class.
Afternoon
Most days the group heads out into the region: a winery at harvest, lunch in a hill town, a wander through Montepulciano or Pienza. Other days the region comes to the villa, with a wine class led by a local sommelier, a cooking class, and an olive oil dinner hosted by a local expert.
Evening
Dinner together every night, with wine poured. On the last night, a long table outside with live music, flowers, and lights.
"The only decision all week is red or white."
The Villa
Terzo di DancianoTerzo di Danciano is a stone villa in the Val di Pierle, on the quiet edge of Tuscany where it meets Umbria. All ten bedrooms look out over the valley. There is a pool, a small spa, an olive grove, a studio with room for the whole group, and a kitchen open to guests for the week. The family who owns the villa runs it themselves and looks after everyone from arrival to departure.
The DetailsFrom $5,000
per person for seven nights. Everything is included except flights, travel insurance, and spa treatments. The week is limited to fourteen guests.
Fourteen spots, confirmed in the order deposits arrive.
Come as you areThis is a week worth sharing. Bring the friend you never get enough time with, your sibling, your partner, or your parents. Our five shared rooms are made for two traveling together, each with its own bathroom.
Coming on your own? Private rooms are set aside for solo guests, and by midweek it’s hard to tell who arrived with whom.
Some guests will have a regular Pilates practice and some will know their way around a wine list. Neither is required. What matters most is wanting to slow down and share a long table with new friends.
